What you receive: Upon purchase of our digital workbook ("Zero to Portraits in 7 Days") through Gumroad, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your personal, non-commercial use.

What you may not do:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the workbook or its contents with others
• Reproduce, copy, or adapt the workbook content for commercial purposes
• Claim authorship or ownership of the workbook or any portion of it
• Upload or share the workbook file to any file-sharing platform or network

Delivery: Digital products are delivered instantly via Gumroad upon successful payment. If you experience delivery issues, contact us at the email below.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our workbook. If you complete all 7 days of exercises and do not see meaningful improvement in your drawing ability, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

• Email us at canvasofjana@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date
• Include your Gumroad order number
• Briefly describe what you completed and what wasn't working for you

Refunds are processed through Gumroad within 5–10 business days. We do not offer refunds beyond 30 days of purchase, or for reasons unrelated to the product's core promise.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to blog articles, workbook content, drawings, illustrations, photographs, copy, and the site design — is the intellectual property of Canvas of Jana and Jana Dingle, protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may share links to our articles. You may quote brief excerpts (under 100 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the original. You may not reproduce full articles, workbook pages, or other substantial portions of our content without written permission.

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive emails related to portrait drawing tips, workbook updates, and occasional product offers. We use MailerLite to manage our email communications.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing emails. Purchase confirmation and transactional emails may still be sent by Gumroad.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that:

• The Site will be available at all times or free from errors
• Any specific drawing results will be achieved by following the workbook
• Information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvas of Jana and Jana Dingle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Gumroad, MailerLite, and affiliate supply links). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
